Probably one of Britain’s best loved and respected actors. After his film debut in Alan Clark’s masterpiece SCUM, Phil played the lead in that most iconic of British films, QUADROPHENIA. In the 90s his work on the multi–million selling Blur album PARKLIFE turned him into a cult hero for the Brit-Pop generation.
